Our products are never tested on animals. We use only clean, natural ingredients, free from harmful chemicals. It's better for your pup's body and the environment.

Our packaging is made from recycled ocean-bound plastic, helping to clean up our seas with every purchase.

Yes! Our products are designed with safety in mind for dogs of all sizes and breeds.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 2–4 business days to arrive.

We want you (and your pup) to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you change your mind, unopened and sealed products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make sure items are in their original condition and packaging when you send them back.

The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage as we can't accept liability for goods that may get lost in transit.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This is to ensure the health and wellbeing of all our furry customers.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 10 days of delivery. Just send us an email with your order number and a brief description, along with clear photographs of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever works best for you.
