Why we started: rescue-inspired pet brand supporting dog rescues
In 2018, Scrappy was abandoned on the streets of Las Vegas and ended up on “doggy death row.” Connor & Millie’s Dog Rescue stepped in and saved his life. As a pet brand donating to dog rescues, we now proudly give 20% of our profits to organisations like theirs.
From Las Vegas to the UK — our beginnings
We adopted Scrappy in 2019 while living in the U.S. In 2024 we moved home to the UK — Scrappy flew across the pond to start the next chapter with us. He’s very proud to be half British, half American. This journey is a huge part of how Scrappy to the Rescue began.

We saw a gap for luxury paw, nose, and skin balms — and grooming essentials — that are truly pet-safe. Too many formulas were packed with harsh chemicals or cheap fillers. So we did things differently: safe-to-lick, vet-approved ingredients and eco-friendly packaging, crafted in the UK. It’s a mission aligned with a purpose-led pet brand supporting dog rescues.
